Thomas J. Wills has been recognized and selected by his peers to be included in 2005-2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Since its inception in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence in the United States. Because Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which 16,000 leading attorneys throughout the country cast more than a half million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their specialties, and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Thomas J. Wills has been named the Best Lawyers' 2012 Charleston, SC Arbitration Lawyer of the year.

John A. Massalon:  In 2011, John A. Massalon served as the President of the Charleston County Bar Association and as the Chair of the County Bar Association's Mentor Committee. Martindale Hubbell has presented John with an excellent AV Preeminent Peer and Client Rating for his outstanding work. Additionally, in 2012, John has taken a position at the Charleston School of Law as an Adjunct Professor, teaching a Damages class.

Christy Ford Allen is the Past-President of the South Carolina Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (2010). The Federal Bar Association is the professional organization for government and private attorneys and judges involved in federal practice. Irish Ryan Neville has been appointed to the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals, which hears property owners' disputes with their assessments.  Mr. Neville was also recently appointed to co-chair the Community Law Week section of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division, which gives back to the people of our State through events such as visiting schools to foster literacy and participating in Ask-A-Lawyer phone banks on news programs.  Mr. Neville has also assisted in the organization of Continuing Legal Education seminars that take place each year at the South Carolina Bar Annual Convention, and is currently helping to organize the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Convention in the fall of 2012 that will take place in Charleston, SC.
